With only ten days and counting, Mike's major concern is how to pack for a four week trip in one suitcase, two suitcases maybe. And the small cases at that. Well...it's not going to happen that way. We can each check three bags (weighing no more than 70lbs. each) at no charge. If it takes all that to accommodate his clothes, my clothes, AND MY SHOES...so be it.* For those of you old enough to remember, or remember your parents telling you, the story of Gilligan's Three Hour Cruise, I am not taking my fur coat. Stay tuned for the story of Mike's packing suggestions.
* I may have to stuff newspaper or bubble wrap in at least one suitcase to make room for purchases. Everyone knows there is a law for women to make at least a couple of purchases while on vacation.
Ten days and counting. Those ten days will go by faster than a speeding bullet and be more powerful than a locomotive while leaping tall buildings in a single bound...oops, sorry. I digress. Your departure date will be here before you know it, but hopefully you'll be packed by that time.
